I learned some japanese today! First lesson: Kiss me! It should look roughly like this (I think the last letter is a bit too curved), and it's pronounced like "chu shte". More japanese soon!

White Chloé Soup

Hey everyone! Lately I've been inspired to cook again, and this goes along with my plan to go back to healthy eating, being an (almost)vegeatrian and safe money, after a month of fastfood and pasta dishes. So this is the recipe I came up with today, I hope you like to try it and maybe make it your own ;)

oh damn, now that I ate it all, I remembered how nice a picture would have been! It was a really beautiful soup. Kind of reminded me of the Chloé Spring 2011, so light and floating with beige and white.

White Chloè Soup

1. boil water in a pot
2. add washed and chopped cauliflower and fennel
3. add a piece of fresh ginger, I chopped it in really fine slices
4. add white beans ( I used the canned ones, dried ones work, if you let them soak in water for some hours bfore)
5. add vegetable stock powder and a dried chilli
6. add a bit of balsamic vinegar ( makes the soup a bit darker, so maybe better use white wine vinegar, if you really want it white)

That's it! This is very simple.. so if you want to extend here are some ideas on other white stuff you could add to make your soup more special!

• onions
• coconut milk
• white fish? or chicken??
• maybe some leek
• hm, I'm running out of ideas, what else is white?
• cream!
• yeah, and if I was gonna cook this for someone, I'd probably top it off with some ricotta, and either fresh red chilli flakes or maybe chive, as a pop of colour!

Sometimes the most beautiful can be found in the most unexpected..

I think this bird is such a beautiful gesture. Yesterday I gave one to someone without thinking about its meaning, but now I am beginning to think that it's symbolic power excists..

So if you wanna make some, here are the instructions of how to fold it. They are most beautiful when you use patterend paper or even paint them!

I thought I could well start posting about people I find interesting or inspiring or simply beautiful. So for a start here is Nicki Minaj!!!!! And the reasons why I adore her, and feel like she is also worth a bit of your time!1. She is crazy, and doesn't try to hide that! If you check out her interviews, you will see what I mean. I really like people who aren't affraid to be themselves. In my opinion so many people try to just please the expectations of others, she instead seems to just do whatever the hell comes to her mind!

2. She can pose like a lady, and she can be slutty. She can look like a barbie, and she can look like the girl next door. I love how credible she is in all of her "roles". She never seems misfit, or like she is uncomfortable changing. I find this really inspiring, because I was to be like that too. I don't wanna be limited to one image, to one style, to one stereotype. I want to let all the sides of my personality come to life!


3. Her curvy body! Wow, I never thought big thighs could be this sexy!

4. Her style! Everything tight, bright hair extensions, bra as outerwear. OMG I could never never dress like that. BUT hey, I love it on her!

5. She doesn't take herself too serious! She is funny!

6. HER VOICE! god I love her music so much! I love when she sings I love when she raps, and I love how she can make her voice sound anything from aggressive and tough over soft and sexy to a burst of heartwarming laughter. GO GIRL!
